1. Services
Viman Nagar Spa provides professional massage therapy and wellness services at our premises in Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra, India. All services are performed by trained and certified female therapists in a professional, hygienic environment.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. Service availability may vary based on therapist schedules and demand.
2. Bookings & Appointments
- Appointments can be booked through our website, via WhatsApp, by phone, or as walk-ins (subject to availability).
- All bookings are subject to confirmation from our team. A booking request does not guarantee an appointment until confirmed.
- Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time to accommodate subsequent bookings.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 2 hours before the scheduled time at no charge.
- Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- No-shows without prior notification may affect future booking privileges.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative slot.
4. Pricing & Payments
- All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of booking confirmation applies.
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, UPI, and major digital payment methods.
- No hidden charges or service fees will be added beyond the listed price.
5. Health & Safety
- Please inform our staff of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or pregnancy before your session begins.
- Our therapists may decline to perform certain treatments if they believe it could pose a health risk to you.
- If you experience any discomfort during your session, please inform your therapist immediately.
- Our services are therapeutic in nature. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for any inappropriate behaviour or requests. Violators will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.
6. Spa Etiquette
- Please maintain a quiet and respectful atmosphere within the spa premises.
- Mobile phones should be switched to silent mode during your session.
- Photography and video recording inside the spa are strictly prohibited.
- Consumption of alcohol or illegal substances on the premises is not permitted.
- Guests are expected to treat our staff and other guests with respect and courtesy at all times.
7. Age Requirement
All spa services are available exclusively to individuals aged 18 years and above. Proof of age may be requested at the time of service.
8. Personal Belongings
Viman Nagar Spa is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought onto the premises. We recommend leaving valuables at home or in your vehicle.
